30th June – 2th July
Defy the winter chill with a 3 day early morning yoga intensive practise. This will warm you up for winter and increase your metabolism and temperature for the rest of the day. Intensives give a renewed vigour to your practise by building your vitality, focus and strength.
An intensive can help encourage or regain the commitment to a regular practise as we all can tend to slacken off, as the weather gets colder.
