Weekend Workshop, Men and Women and Ayurveda, 9-11 April 2010
Life is relationship. Each of us relates continually with the environment accepting all manner of inputs into the inner cosmos, and influencing the outside world through communications, fabrications, movements, excretions, creations, and other actions. True health requires that these many and varied flows develop a dynamic balance, an ever-changing self-propagating equilibirum. Each of our relationships can be gratifying or tempestuous; each can heal and support us or sap our vitality and sicken us. The most important of our relationships is the one each of us has with him-or herself. The path to health is a road to self-knowledge, an awakening into the realities of your own personal person, a melding of all your different awarenesses into one well-integrated awareness.
