Yoga Essentials

  • Yoga is for all ages and levels of fitness.
  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. All classes are taken barefoot.
  • Allow 3 hours after a meal before practicing yoga.
  • Refrain from drinking before class.
  • Tell your teacher if you have any physical restrictions or special conditions before class.
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. Doors close 10 minutes after class commences. 

Yoga Moves Policy

  • Deposits and course fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment can be made via cash,cheque,money order or direct deposit.
  • Balance of course fees is due on course commencement
  • Make up classes must be used during course term.
