Yoga is for all ages and levels of fitness.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. All classes are taken barefoot.
Allow 3 hours after a meal before practicing yoga.
Refrain from drinking before class.
Tell your teacher if you have any physical restrictions or special conditions before class.
Arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. Doors close 10 minutes after class commences.
Yoga Moves Policy
Deposits and course fees are non-refundable.
Payment can be made via cash,cheque,money order or direct deposit.
Balance of course fees is due on course commencement
Make up classes must be used during course term.
