Yoga is the exploration of awareness of the self. By implementing the appropriate tools we aim to equip the child with skills to enhance wellbeing in body, breath, and mind.
Arlene has 24 years as a primary school educator and has taught yoga in schoolsfor 16 years. Her enthusiasm and energy is reflected in her classes. She works extensively with groups and individuals with special needs.
